We committed all the products we supplied are A grade and we offer vary years warranty. The details of quality issue description and solution as below:
If The Products Have Any Of The Below Quality Issue, We Committed To Replace All The Issued Products.
1. Glue spot: The bright spot in the surface of the film
2. Glue line: Look the object through film, the object shape changes and looks like wave.
3. Glue trace: There are concave-convex trace caused by the glue in the surface of film.
4. Scratch: There are scratches in the surface of film,not in the release liner.
5. Wrinkle: The film roll or any part of the film wrinkled.
6. Indentation: There is indentation in the surface of film.
7. Impurity: There are impurities in the film
8. Color nonuniform: The color of the film nonuniform.
After The Film Installed And In The Period Of Warranty, If Any Issue Happen Like Below, We Committed To Replace The Products
1. Color change: Color different with the normal color or obviously changed lighter.
2. Oxidation: The film becomes yellowish or corrosive.(Except the edge of the film)
3. Bubble: After installed on the glass, the film separated with the glass and cause bubbles.
4. Delamination: After film installed, there is delamination.
5. Anti-scratch fall off: The anti scratch layer fall off during installation or daily using.
6. Dizziness: After the film installed,look through the glass and feel dizzy. During night driving,feel dizzy when look the light.
7. Fogging: When install the film,the water is not easy go dry and cause fog.
8. Release liner hard to peel off: When install the film,the release liner is hard to peel off.
Quality Warranty Letter For PPF
Astrum expressly warrants to the owner that, for a period of five (5) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, we will cover defects on premium paint protection film such as: yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Astrum’ Products which are professionally installed in the manner recommended by the us.
• Painted surfaces must be OEM original and fully cured, and an approved installer must have carried out the installation.
• This warranty is void if PPF is installed over repainted surfaces.
• Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal.
• The warranty explicitly excludes film installed on non-painted surfaces such as headlights, chrome or carbon-fiber trim.
• If the film fails to comply under normal use and with due care and maintenance within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide replacement film to the Installer at no charge to the Purchaser.
• Claims for any products should be brought to the attention of the Manufacturer as soon as they become known to the Purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required by the approved Installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
• The Manufacturer hereby disclaims any liability for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from any defect in the product covered by this warranty. The Manufacturer hereby excludes and disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Manufacturer’s sole obligation to the Purchaser, whether the claim be based in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, shall be solely as provided herein and damages and remedies shall be provided as herein.
• Please follow all recommended care and maintenance instructions.
• Limited warranty coverage is invalid if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care.
• The Manufacturer assumes no liabilities for damage to the film or the vehicle resulting from improper care
Care & Maintenance
• Wait for 72 hours after installation before cleaning your vehicle.
• Within 3 days after installation, do not drive over 50 MPH or 80 km/h.
• Wash your vehicle frequently.
• Handwash with soap and water or regular car shampoo.
• If you do use a high-pressure washer to clean your vehicle, you should keep the nozzle at least 50cm from film edges in order to prevent lifting. Set washer jet to a wide spray.
• Treat your PPF with a flexible ceramic coating. Alternatively apply a non-abrasive wax twice yearly to maintain optimal gloss.
• Over time, and in extreme conditions, dirt may gather on the PPF surface. In such a situation it is recommended that the vehicle be returned to the installation center for a gentle polish. This will lift the dirt and return the gloss.
• Remove bird droppings and other contaminants as soon as they appear.
• Remove dirt or wax build-up along the edges by using alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
